Can I change plans anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my email limit?
Your emails will continue to be sent, but you'll be charged overage fees at $1 per 1,000 emails. We'll notify you when you reach 80% and 100% of your limit so you can upgrade if needed.
Do you offer a free trial for paid plans?
Yes! Pro and Scale plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You'll only be charged after the trial ends if you choose to continue.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). For Enterprise plans, we also offer wire transfer and annual invoicing.
Do you offer discounts for startups or non-profits?
Yes! Qualified startups get 50% off for the first year. Non-profits and educational institutions get 25% off. Contact us to apply.
